Kidderminster (Onsite role)
£40,000 - £52,000 + excellent bens.

We're supporting a leading advanced engineering organisation seeking an experienced Manufacturing CMM Programmer to take ownership of CMM programming for the manufacture of highly complex, precision-engineered components.
If you're an expert in LK Metrology CMMs and enjoy solving challenging dimensional inspection problems within a highly regulated manufacturing environment, this is an opportunity to play a key role in supporting new product introduction, continuous improvement and world-class manufacturing.

The Role
You'll develop, validate and optimise CMM inspection programmes, working closely with Manufacturing, Quality and Design Engineering teams to ensure products meet the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. You'll also help improve inspection efficiency, reduce cycle times and support the introduction of new manufacturing technologies.
We're looking for experience in:
- Programming LK Metrology Coordinate Measuring Machines
- Creating complex inspection routines from CAD models
- GD&T interpretation (ASME Y14.5 / ISO GPS)
- Precision metrology within aerospace, defence or other highly regulated industries
- First Article Inspection (AS9102), MSA, Gauge R&R and root cause investigation
- Continuous improvement of inspection processes and manufacturing capability
