Role Overview

Develop and maintain manufacturing processes that meet customer, quality, and business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Support new product introduction activities including process design, PFMEA, capability studies, customer qualification, and production readiness reviews.
  • Provide technical support for production activities and manufacturing improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and support process improvement projects to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Investigate and resolve manufacturing issues using structured problem-solving techniques.
  • Create and maintain manufacturing routings, process documentation, work instructions, and engineering records.
  • Work collaboratively with production, quality, engineering, and customer-facing teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Contribute to the adoption of new manufacturing technologies and continuous improvement practices.
  • Deliver training and guidance to production teams on manufacturing processes and best practices.
