Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimising manufacturing processes with our current portfolio, ensuring the highest quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for aerospace components.
- Collaborate with customers and cross functional teams to ensure value add engineering is applied to all our products.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production issues.
- Utilise lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process flow diagrams, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor and analyse production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including AS9100 and ISO 9001.
- Provide technical support to production staff.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive innovation and process improvements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in the aerospace industry.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues at all levels.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including AS9100 and ISO 9001 would be beneficial.
