Manufacturing Engineer
Are you an experienced Manufacturing Engineer looking to join a well-established manufacturing business where you can play a key role in improving processes, supporting client projects and driving operational excellence?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing engineering company where you'll work closely with clients and production teams to optimise manufacturing methods, improve efficiencies and support the delivery of high-quality precision engineered components.
Role Responsibilities
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Producing manufacturing estimates and quotations based on client requirements and technical specifications.
- Reviewing engineering drawings and developing efficient manufacturing processes, production routes and machining methods to maximise quality, efficiency and machine utilisation.
- Acting as the technical link between engineering and production, providing shop floor support and resolving manufacturing issues to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, productivity and manufacturing performance.

Required Skills and Experience
You will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience working as a Manufacturing Engineer within a precision engineering or machining environment.
- Strong knowledge of multi-axis machining and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and customer specifications.
- Experience with process improvement and problem-solving within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across production and engineering teams.
