What You'll Be Doing
- Driving process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
- Leading root cause investigations and implementing sustainable corrective actions.
- Supporting manufacturing processes through continuous technical improvements.
- Working closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to deliver operational excellence.
- Identifying opportunities to improve OEE, reduce waste, and optimise manufacturing performance.
- Supporting process validation, equipment improvements, and engineering projects.
- Collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to introduce new technologies and best practices.
About You:
We're looking for someone who is passionate about manufacturing and enjoys solving problems within a production environment.

Ideally, you'll have:
- Degree qualified (or equivalent experience) in an Engineering discipline.
- Previous experience within a Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, or similar engineering position.
- Experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- A strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of OEE, TPM, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and work collaboratively across multiple departments.
