Manufacturing Engineer Opportunity
Are you a Manufacturing Engineer with a deep understanding of the intricacies of production processes? We're seeking a Manufacturing Engineer who's passionate about optimizing manufacturing operations, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring product quality. What will you do?
As our Manufacturing Engineer, you'll be an expert in various facets of production and manufacturing, including:
- Process Design
- Ergonomics
- Capacity Analysis
- Simulation Tools
- Investment Strategies
- Cost Analysis
Your comprehensive knowledge will be instrumental in streamlining our manufacturing processes.
We believe in constantly raising the bar. You'll play a pivotal role in leading and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, making our manufacturing operations more efficient and effective.
Quality is at the core of what we do. You'll actively engage in Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) to ensure that our manufacturing processes consistently meet and exceed our quality standards.
Be at the forefront of product development! You'll be a vital contributor to the development of new products, focusing on manufacturability and feasibility, helping us bring innovative solutions to market.
Assess the feasibility and profitability of investments tailored to our manufacturing needs. Your financial insights will guide us in making sound investment decisions.
Manage our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system by keeping material, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and routings up to date, ensuring seamless coordination with our Engineering team.
What qualifications will make you successful in this role?
- Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering or related field is required.
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing/technical position working with plant processes.
- Lean Manufacturing Knowledge.
- Experience in Excel, Macros, SQL, and Tableau.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 86,400 - USD 129,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
