Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support the industrialisation of complex aerospace components within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of products from initial design release and costed manufacturing concepts through to the creation of repeatable production processes and manufacturing cells. You will work closely with design, manufacturing, quality and process engineering teams to ensure components are delivered efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys seeing products progress from drawing to production and wants to play a key role in establishing robust manufacturing solutions for high-tolerance aerospace applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes for complex fabricated aerospace components.
  • Translate engineering drawings and costed concepts into robust, repeatable production methods.
  • Support the development and optimisation of manufacturing cells and production workflows.
  • Collaborate with quality teams to support PPAP activities and PFMEA development.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality and manufacturability.
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support successful product introduction and production ramp-up.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
