This exciting position, based at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Milton Keynes, will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to create internal manufacturing processes through our MRP system and/or stage drawings, supporting fixturing for a variety of different processes and accompanying work instructions to manufacture some of the most complex and critical components for the ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) & ERS (Energy Recovery Systems).
Responsibilities
- Create clear and detailed manufacturing stage drawings for a variety of different processes ranging from CNC Milling, Turning, and Grinding machining, Inspection, and external operations where required
- Design/model and draft fixturing & tooling where appropriate
- Lead and support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring manufacturing readiness through structured reviews from concept to production
- Identify process improvement opportunities by working alongside skilled technicians on the shop floor or through weekly KPI reviews
- Own and maintain manufacturing data in Teamcenter, ensuring accurate control of routings, work instructions, and revision history
- Own and drive non-conformance (NCR) and corrective action processes, using structured problem-solving to eliminate repeat issues and improve right-first-time performance
- Use your product/process expertise to support the external supply chain where required

Requirements
- An excellent understanding of advanced CAD systems and equipment, Multi Axis CNC machining ideally within Motorsport, Automotive/Aerospace, or precision engineering
- Knowledge of Siemens NX and Teamcenter is highly desirable
