Senior Manufacturing Engineer / Manufacturing Engineering Manager | Turbine Aerofoils | UK (Multi-Site)

We are partnered with an industry leading OEM in the search for a Manufacturing Engineer or Manufacturing Engineering Manager with a background in turbine aerofoil manufacturing.

This is a supplier-facing role with real scope, you'll be working across a network of European manufacturing sites to establish movement volumes, drive quality improvements, and optimise yield and component cost across the supply chain.

What the role involves:

  • Controlling turbine aerofoil manufacturing across a European supplier network
  • Significant time at supplier sites across the UK, Italy, and Hungary
  • Mapping true movement volumes and quality data across the network
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to increase yield and reduce component cost

  • Senior Manufacturing Engineer or Manufacturing Engineering Manager level
  • Hands-on experience in turbine aerofoil or precision aerospace/energy component manufacturing
  • Strong supplier management and project management capability
  • Comfortable working across multiple sites and stakeholders

Contract basis initially — with a strong possibility of going permanent based on performance. Expect at least 12 months in the role.
