About The Role

Keystone Lintels is looking for an experienced and motivated Manufacturing ERP Controller to manage and optimise our ERP systems, ensuring accurate manufacturing data, effective production planning and reliable reporting.

This role is ideal for someone with strong manufacturing and ERP knowledge, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, who can improve processes and work across production, purchasing, finance and IT.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including configuration, integrations, updates and troubleshooting
  • Maintaining accurate manufacturing data, including bills of materials (BOMs), routings and production planning parameters
  • Managing MRP, production schedules, capacity planning and inventory control
  • Producing reports and dashboards covering production performance, costs, waste and stock levels
  • Supporting product costing, financial reconciliations and cost variance analysis
  • Leading ERP improvements, system rollouts, user training and change management
  • Working with production, purchasing, quality, finance and IT to resolve issues and improve efficiency

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in an ERP-focused manufacturing, planning or analyst role, ideally in heavy manufacturing or steel fabrication
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central manufacturing and MRP modules
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, BOMs, routings, inventory management and shop-floor operations
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, system improvements and staff training
  • Strong Excel skills; Power BI and SQL experience would be advantageous
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • A relevant degree, HNC or HND would be desirable
  • Eligibility to work in the UK / Northern Ireland
