We pride ourselves on developing innovative flooring and walling solutions that make a difference in environments around the world. As we continue to invest in our manufacturing capability and product innovation, we're looking for an Industrialisation Engineer to join our team based in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire.

This is a full time, permanent role, based at our HQ in Letchworth, with occasional travel (once a quarter) to our other manufacturing site in Dessau, Germany.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in bringing new and enhanced products into manufacturing while driving process robustness, efficiency and continuous improvement across our production operations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the industrialisation and scale-up of new and modified products into manufacturing.
  • Planning, coordinating and reviewing production trials and validation activities.
  • Defining process controls, operating limits and quality requirements.
  • Investigating production issues and process deviations to identify root causes and corrective actions.
  • Analysing manufacturing data and trends to improve process capability and product consistency.
  • Working closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and Product Development teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Supporting plant continuity initiatives and improving manufacturing robustness.
  • Ensuring all technical changes and trials support our commitment to Zero Harm.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
