More About The Role
As Line Leader in our abattoir production team, you'll oversee a small group of colleagues in a set area of our operation, driving standards in the team to ensure consistency of delivery. You'll provide the tools and training to help our colleagues to understand key ways of working and relevant site processes.
Working as part of a team, you'll be supportive to colleagues and demonstrate a positive attitude, sharing knowledge and training new team members. Key parts of the role will include machinery operation and set up, batch control and labelling, audits and quality checks, and reporting on performance status of the production line.

- Is able to support and educate colleagues, and build good working relationships with colleagues, peers and internal customers
- Has previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment
- Can follow written and verbal instructions
- Is happy within a fast paced food manufacturing environment, with varying temperatures
- Is able to work in chilled temperatures and in presence of raw meat
