Enfield | £37,789 per year
Permanent | 45 hours per week
Five shifts per week, 7:00pm–4:00am, across Monday to Sunday
Are You an Original?
We’re looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead our night shift team in Enfield. You’ll bring people together, keep production running smoothly and make sure every doughnut meets the standards Krispy Kreme is known for.
You’ll work five night shifts per week across Monday to Sunday, so flexibility to work weekends is essential.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach and support the manufacturing team throughout each shift.
- Take ownership of production, quality, food safety and operational standards.
- Plan staffing and resources to meet production requirements.
- Monitor performance and find practical ways to improve efficiency.
- Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised working environment.
- Make confident decisions and resolve issues as the senior leader on shift.
- Help your team develop and celebrate their successes.

What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a confident people leader who enjoys a fast-paced environment and knows how to get the best from a team. You’ll ideally bring:
- Experience leading teams in food manufacturing, bakery or FMCG.
- Experience managing production and delivering against targets.
- A sound understanding of food safety, quality and health and safety.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence using IT systems and production reports.
- Flexibility to work permanent night shifts, including weekends.
