About the Role
Marshalls Landscaping delivers innovative hard landscaping solutions for projects across the UK, from city centre transformations and public realm schemes to housing developments and community spaces. It is within this division we are looking for an experienced manufacturing operations administrator to join our Newport site.
Key Responsibilities
- Working as part of our Site Operations team, ensure all site administration and related manufacturing operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- This will include (but is not limited to):
- Maintaining effective stock control
- Purchase order and invoice management (inbound & outbound)
- Updating our computer systems
- Ensuring that stock, PPE, and engineering stores levels are accurate and up to date at all times

Mission Critical Skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Stock control experience is advantageous as you will be assisting with stock takes and carrying out cycle counts
- Excellent IT skills - particularly Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience of ERP/MRP systems
- Previous experience of working in a manufacturing or engineering business would be beneficial
- Ideally, you'll be able to produce and maintain spreadsheet reports/pivot tables using Excel
- Previous invoice management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
