About the Job
Help Us Build What's Next
If you’re excited about Greenjets but can’t see a suitable live vacancy, use this advert to register your interest!
Greenjets is entering a defining phase of growth.
As we transition from an R&D-led organisation into a scaled manufacturing and operational business, we are creating entirely new teams, functions and business units across the company. This is a rare opportunity to join at the beginning - helping shape not just products, but the way the business operates for years to come.
We're looking for ambitious people who want more than business-as-usual. People who are energised by building rather than maintaining. People who see a blank sheet of paper as an opportunity rather than a risk.
Whether your expertise lies in Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics, Health & Safety, Engineering or Test, you'll have the opportunity to influence how systems, processes, teams and capabilities are established and scaled.
This isn't about inheriting mature structures and established ways of working. It's about helping create them.
We're building the foundations of a world-class aerospace manufacturing organisation, and we're looking for talented individuals who want to be part of that journey.
Areas we're actively growing include:
- Supply Chain & Procurement
- Production Planning & Control
- Production Leadership & Manufacturing Operations
- Production Engineers & Technicians (3D Printing, Machining, Composites, Harness Build, General Assembly)
- Quality Management, Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance & Inspection
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Logistics, Warehousing, Import/Export, Trade Compliance & Export Control
- Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)
- Engineering
- Test & Validation
- Project Management

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
