Todmorden Site

At our Todmorden site, we specialise in engineering high-quality plastic parts and shapes for a wide range of industries - from everyday essentials like high chairs and swimming pool grates to advanced components for the aerospace sector.

Role Summary

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Manufacturing Operative to join our team.

In This Role, You’ll

  • Operate a range of specialist plastics equipment to produce machined components within precise drawing tolerances.
  • Liaise with the planner to ensure machined components consistently meet drawing specifications and tolerances, always maintaining high quality standards.
  • Support secondary operations, ensuring all dispatches are packed to maintain our high-quality standards.
  • Assist with planning and production of customer parts.
  • Support warehouse duties, including handling materials, preparing shipments, and maintaining stock accuracy.
  • Carry out set tasks in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.

What We’re Looking For

  • A proactive team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Someone who values safety, precision, and quality.
  • Experience in plastics or manufacturing is a plus, but full training will be provided.
