A leading global life sciences organisation is seeking multiple Manufacturing Operators to join its growing team in the North West of England. Your new role
As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be responsible for supporting the production of specialist healthcare products whilst ensuring compliance with GMP, SOPs, and quality standards.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting manufacturing and production activities within a regulated environment
- Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Completing manufacturing documentation and batch records accurately
- Performing routine quality checks and inspections
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, safety, and compliance
- Working collaboratively to achieve production targets and business objectives
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing operation

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have experience gained within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, laboratory, manufacturing, engineering, food, chemical, medical device or other regulated environment where quality, accuracy and adherence to procedures are critical.
We're looking for individuals who can demonstrate:
- Experience working within a manufacturing, production, laboratory, operational or cleanroom environment
- The ability to follow procedures, work instructions and SOPs accurately
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach
- Experience completing documentation and maintaining accurate records
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and systems
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- The ability to prioritise workloads and perform consistently in a fast-paced environment
- A strong commitment to safety, compliance and continuous improvement

We are also keen to hear from individuals with a scientific background who have gained practical laboratory, manufacturing or production experience through placements, internships, apprenticeships, work experience or employment and are looking to build a long-term career within the life sciences sector.
