Manufacturing Operator – Stryker Belfast

  • Assembling, testing, and packaging medical devices using clearly defined work instructions
  • Working efficiently on a fast-paced production line, balancing speed, accuracy, and quality to meet daily output targets
  • Conducting routine quality checks:
    • Visually inspecting products
    • Recording results to support high safety and compliance standards
  • Accurately labeling, scanning, packing, and preparing products for shipment
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safety-focused work area aligned with site procedures
  • Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members to:
    • Support smooth daily operations
    • Resolve issues promptly

What You Will Need

To be considered, you’ll have:

  • GCSEs or a Level 2 qualification, or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and quality systems (a bonus)
  • A strong team-player mindset with excellent communication skills
  • The ability to follow processes, instructions, and quality standards accurately
