- Assembling, testing, and packaging medical devices using clearly defined work instructions
- Working efficiently on a fast-paced production line, balancing speed, accuracy, and quality to meet daily output targets
- Conducting routine quality checks:
- Visually inspecting products
- Recording results to support high safety and compliance standards
- Accurately labeling, scanning, packing, and preparing products for shipment
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safety-focused work area aligned with site procedures
- Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members to:
- Support smooth daily operations
- Resolve issues promptly
What You Will Need
To be considered, you’ll have:
- GCSEs or a Level 2 qualification, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
- Knowledge of manufacturing and quality systems (a bonus)
- A strong team-player mindset with excellent communication skills
- The ability to follow processes, instructions, and quality standards accurately
