Job Description
Job Summary
To safely manufacture products to the required quality and production standards by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and site safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow SOPs, GMP and quality standards.
- Complete production documentation accurately.
- Meet daily production and quality targets.
- Carry out routine equipment checks and report faults.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the manufacturing team.

Skills & Experience
Essential
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow written procedures.
- Basic computer skills.
- Flexible approach to work.
Desirable
- Previous manufacturing experience.
- Experience working within a GMP or regulated environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.

Working Pattern
This role operates on a 5-day rotating shift pattern, working Days, Afternoons and Nights, rotating on a weekly basis. Flexibility to work overtime may be required to meet business needs.

- SOPs
- Equipment Operation
- Manual Handling
