Job Description Summary
Establish and continuously improve the standardized processes connecting GSI Operations and Manufacturing Units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish standard work and governance.
- Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional process alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement / Lean initiatives.
- Establish process compliance and maturity assessments.
- Support digitalization and standardization of operational tools.
- Ensure lessons learned are implemented across Manufacturing Units.

- GSI–Manufacturing process framework.
- Standard operating procedures.
- Governance and escalation model.
- Process maturity assessments.
- Continuous improvement roadmap.
Candidate Requirements
Education
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Years of Experience
- Minimum: 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, operational excellence, or process improvement roles.
- Ideal: Experience in multi-site manufacturing environments where standardization and cross-functional alignment were key objectives.

Technical Skills & Background
- Operational Excellence: expertise in Lean methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping) and process design.
- Governance & Standardization: Proven experience in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process frameworks, and establishing governance models (roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths).
- Digitalization: Experience supporting the transition from manual processes to digital tools.
- Process Auditing: Experience designing and executing process maturity assessments and capability models to track organizational progress.
- Change Management: Ability to drive adoption of new standards across diverse business units and influence stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
- Tool Proficiency:
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas).
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) for building and maintaining executive-level dashboards.

Reporting
- Proven ability to synthesize complex operational data into concise, high-level presentations for executive leadership.

- Systems Thinking: Ability to see the "big picture" and ensure that process improvements at the local level align with the global manufacturing framework.
- Facilitation: Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and lead workshops to identify process gaps and "lessons learned."
- Strategic Planning: Competency in building multi-year continuous improvement roadmaps.
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Ability to use performance data to prioritize improvement opportunities and validate maturity assessments.
