About The Role
Pertemps Warrington seeks Manufacturing / Production Operative staff for a temporary, ongoing full-time post in Warrington (WA1 4QT). Pay reaches £16.99 hourly. The working pattern follows a three-shift rotation, incorporating nights. Operatives run automated production and packaging machinery, monitor output quality, complete records, and uphold safety and housekeeping standards. Prior production or manufacturing experience is preferred, though full training is given. Applicants should demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and willingness to work shifts. Pertemps is recruiting Manufacturing Operatives on behalf of one of our long-established manufacturing clients in Warrington.
These are ongoing temporary opportunities with immediate starts available for candidates looking for long-term, stable employment within a modern manufacturing environment.
Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous production or manufacturing experience looking to develop new skills.
Duties of the Successful Manufacturing / Production Operative
- Operating automated production and packaging machinery
- Loading and unloading production equipment
- Monitoring machine performance
- Completing quality inspections
- Recording production information using computer systems
- Following standard operating procedures
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping and health & safety standards

Previous Experience Of a Production Operative
- Previous manufacturing or production experience
- Good attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Good numeracy
- Reliable and committed approach
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous Machine Operating or MHE/PIV experience would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
Hours
You'll be required to work a 3-shift rotating pattern, including:
- 6:00am - 2:00pm
- 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- 10:00pm - 6:00am
