Role Overview

This role plays a critical part in maintaining 24/7 operational performance, embedding standards, and providing strong leadership, visibility, and decision-making outside of normal day-shift support. The role is full-time permanent offering an opportunity to develop leadership capability while supporting site performance and stability.

  • Strong handovers with no loss of critical information.
  • Engaged, capable teams who understand expectations and standards.

Working Pattern

You will work a 4 on 4 off permanent day shift pattern, beginning work at 0600 and finishing at 1800.

Essential Requirements

  • Short Shelf life/high risk / Dairy category experience preferred.
  • Proven experience of lean/root cause in complex FMCG organisations.
  • HACCP level 2.
  • Food safety level 3.

Desirable Requirements

  • HACCP Level 3.
  • COSHH qualification.
