We’re building something powerful. Let’s build it together. We've delivered high-performance embedded computing solutions for four decades across industries including defence, telecoms, and aerospace. We’re proud to be experts in what we do and are looking for more brilliant people to join our team.

The Role

As Manufacturing Supervisor, you'll lead day-to-day production activities across our manufacturing operation, overseeing the assembly and delivery of high-performance embedded computing and mission-critical technology solutions used in some of the world's most demanding environments.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys developing others, improving processes and making a visible impact on operational success.

What will I be delivering?

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of manufacturing employees, creating a positive, accountable and high-performing culture.
  • Oversee daily production activities to ensure products are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.
  • Monitor performance, resolve production issues and remove barriers to keep operations running efficiently.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, productivity and the employee experience.
  • Be an ambassador of our target culture, modelling the expected standards and behaviours.
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Programmes to support business objectives and customer commitments.
  • Champion health, safety and compliance, ensuring all activities are carried out in line with company and regulatory requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
