Dispensary Supervisor, Manufacturing

Skipton, North Yorkshire | 36-hour week
Mon-Fri | 0800-1630 | Every other Friday off

Are you an experienced supervisor who enjoys leading people, improving processes, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes?

At Dechra, we're passionate about supporting animal health across the globe. As a specialist veterinary pharmaceutical company, we develop, manufacture and supply high-quality products exclusively for veterinarians, helping improve the lives of animals worldwide.

We're now looking for a Dispensary Supervisor to join our manufacturing site in Skipton and take ownership of a critical operation at the heart of our manufacturing process.

A role with real impact

As Dispensary Supervisor, you'll lead a dedicated team responsible for ensuring raw materials and packaging components move efficiently through the site. You'll be the person who keeps operations organised, inventory accurate and standards exceptionally high.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with colleagues across manufacturing and supply chain functions, helping to keep products moving safely, efficiently and in compliance with GMP requirements.

You'll be responsible for developing and coaching your team, driving performance, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and identifying opportunities to improve the way we work. Whether it's leading daily team briefings, managing stock accuracy or implementing smarter processes, you'll have a genuine opportunity to make a difference.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
