Overview We’re looking for reliable, detail-focused individuals to join our aseptic production team. As a Manufacturing Support Operative, you’ll work in our Pick Face or Packing Hall, which is a vital role for supporting the manufacture of Parenteral Nutrition and will directly help patients who are seriously or chronically ill. This role will be 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday including bank holidays. The working hours are 6am – 2pm, alternating with 2pm – 10pm on a weekly basis, or 7am - 3pm, alternating with 3pm - 11pm on a weekly basis and it will be based in Runcorn.

Responsibilities
- Assemble patient and stock batches in accordance with approved batch documentation and production plans.
- Prepare and verify Bills of Materials (BOMs) ensuring correct materials, quantities and segregation.
- Transfer and stage materials between Grade D and Grade C areas using approved sanitisation and transfer processes.
- Support Grade C labelling activities, including documentation review and accurate label application.
- Move finished product into the CNC packing hall, maintaining batch alignment, segregation and cold chain integrity.
- Complete all documentation accurately in line with GMP, GDP and data integrity (ALCOA) principles.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, waste segregation and environmental control across all areas.
- Work to production schedules to support continuous workflow and compounding requirements.
- Escalate deviations, quality concerns, safety issues or abnormalities via defined reporting systems.

Qualifications
- Experience working in a GMP or regulated manufacturing environment desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work compliantly in CNC, Grade D and Grade C cleanroom environments.
- Good organisational and planning skills with the ability to work to production plans.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- IT literate with confidence using controlled electronic systems.
- Ability to manage workload and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
