Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Isolator Operator to join our production team. This role focuses on the compounding of intermediate products within an isolator environment, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency are consistently met. This role will be 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday including bank holidays. The working hours are 6am – 2pm, alternating with 2pm – 10pm on a weekly basis, or 7am - 3pm, alternating with 3pm - 11pm on a weekly basis and it will be based in Runcorn.

Responsibilities
- Operate within isolator systems to compound intermediate products aseptically and in line with SOPs and GMP requirements
- Perform material transfers into and out of the isolator in accordance with local SOPs ensuring best cleanroom behaviour is adhered to at all times
- Conduct routine and deep cleaning of isolator equipment and surrounding areas
- Carry out bio-decontamination processes to maintain sterile conditions
- Accurately complete batch records and documentation
- Monitor processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate effectively with team members while also working independently when required

Qualifications
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or food manufacturing (preferred)
- Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and controlled environments
- Good mathematical ability with attention to detail
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow strict procedures and maintain compliance
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
