Location: Near Daventry
Contract: Contract to Permanent
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:00am – 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am – 12:45pm
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 per annum
Manufacturing Systems Administrator Required
Our client is a prestigious luxury automotive manufacturer, renowned for producing bespoke vehicles to the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Manufacturing Build Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of vehicle builds within the production department.
Acting as a central point of communication, you will ensure vehicle build information is accurately maintained, production records are kept up to date, and departments remain aligned throughout the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities Of The Manufacturing Systems Administrator
- Maintain and update manufacturing systems with accurate vehicle build information throughout the production process.
- Track the progress of vehicles through the various stages of build and assembly.
- Liaise daily with Production, Assembly, Engineering, Purchasing, Stores, and Quality teams to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate manufacturing documentation and build-related paperwork.
- Monitor outstanding actions and follow up with relevant departments as required.
- Support production meetings with accurate build status information.
- Provide general administrative support to the Manufacturing and Production teams.

Who We're Looking For
- Previous administration experience within a manufacturing, production, engineering, or automotive environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with ERP, MES, or production-based systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with multiple departments.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Automotive manufacturing experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
