Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Technician in Cramlington!
Temporary Position available for immediate start
Day Shift role working 4 days on, 4 days off 6am to 6pm.
Hourly rate of £16.15 per hour, average of 41.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will:
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment with precision and care.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to ensure smooth production flow.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and uphold quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised workspace.
- Assist in the training of new team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or technical role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute positively to our workplace culture.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
