The team advises major private equity and alternative asset managers across fund formation, fundraising, co-investments, secondaries and a broad range of private fund strategies, with particularly strong exposure to sophisticated cross-border matters. The London practice benefits from the depth of the firm’s US funds platform, giving associates genuine international exposure.
