About The Graduate Programme
Our Graduate Programme is designed to accelerate your development and provide a strong foundation for a successful career at Marex. You'll gain hands-on experience in your role while building a broad understanding of financial markets, our business, and the wider industry.
The programme begins with an immersive Bootcamp, introducing you to Marex’s purpose, business model, and strategic priorities, before continuing with a range of learning and development opportunities throughout the programme. Alongside your day-to-day responsibilities, you'll develop new skills, expand your network, and remain connected with your graduate cohort, helping you build the knowledge, experience, and confidence needed to grow your career at Marex.

To be eligible for the 2027 Graduate Programme, you must be due to graduate, or have graduated, in 2026 or 2027.
