Marina Manager - Dorset
Salary: c£65,000 + Bonus + Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially minded Manager to lead the operations of a prestigious marina in Dorset. Ideally suited to an experienced Leisure, hospitality or Marina Manager
This role requires a strong and experienced leader who can take full ownership of marina performance, lead and develop the strategic vision, manage a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional experience for berth holders, visitors and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the marina, ensuring the highest standards of safety, presentation and service
- Recruit, manage and develop the marina team, providing clear leadership and ongoing development
- Take ownership of the marina's financial performance, managing budgets, costs and revenue streams
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities to maximise site profitability
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience, building strong relationships with berth holders and site tenants
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety, environmental and company policies
- Work closely with central support teams and senior leadership to deliver business objectives
- Manage marina administration to ensure accurate billing, contracts and revenue capture

About You
We are looking for a proven leader with strong operational and commercial experience, ideally gained within a marina, harbour, leisure, hospitality or similar operational environment.
Key requirements include:
- Significant leadership and management experience in a multi-faceted operational environment
- Strong commercial awareness and financial management experience
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with strong administrative and IT skills
- A proactive, hands-on leader who takes pride in maintaining high operational standards
