Marina Manager - Berkshire

Salary: Up to £42K

We're recruiting for a Marina Manager to lead a busy and prestigious marina site in Windsor. This role would suit someone from a hospitality, leisure, or multi-site operations background who thrives on delivering memorable customer experiences while driving business success.

The Role

This is a fully accountable site leadership position, where you'll oversee daily operations, lead a diverse team, and ensure the marina consistently delivers a first-class experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
  • Lead from the front to create an outstanding customer and guest experience
  • Manage site performance, including budgets, revenue streams, and cost control
  • Maintain high presentation standards across all areas of the marina
  • Ensure compliance with all health & safety, legal, and internal procedures
  • Lead, coach, and develop your team to deliver consistently high standards
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and support teams
  • Oversee administrative processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and revenue capture

About You

  • Background in hospitality, hotels, leisure, retail, or destination venues
  • Experience managing a site, department, or business unit with P&L responsibility
  • Strong people leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
  • Passionate about customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
  • Commercially aware with the ability to drive performance and improve results
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and solutions-focused
