As a Marine Fuels Marketer at Chevron, you will play a pivotal role in the commercial sales and marketing of marine fuels to international shipping customers. This customer-facing position is embedded within Chevron’s Global Supply & Trading organization and is essential to the success of its marine fuels business. You will be responsible for marketing physical bunker fuels, with a focus on Europe.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international shipping clients and trading partners.
  • Execute spot and term sales of marine fuels, maximizing commercial value.
  • Support biodiesel and renewable diesel origination efforts, including supplier engagement and market development.
  • Provide trade support to Renewable Products Trading, including coordination across scheduling, operations, and risk functions.
  • Monitor market trends, supply-demand dynamics, and competitor activity across both marine fuels and renewable products to inform pricing and strategy.
  • Represent Chevron externally in commercial negotiations and industry forums.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align on logistics, credit, risk, compliance, and renewable product integration.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
