Marine Procurement Coordinator
Location: London
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Type: Hybrid
Position: Permanent
A leading international ship management company is seeking a Marine Procurement Coordinator to join its London-based Purchasing team.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing materials and services for vessels
- Obtaining supplier quotations
- Raising purchase orders
- Coordinating deliveries
- Managing supplier relationships
- Ensuring vessels receive critical supplies on time and within budget

About You
- 1-3 years' experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a related field.
- A qualification in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience working with suppliers and managing multiple priorities.
- Maritime or shipping industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
