Marine Technical Support Specialist
Location: Garmin Eastleigh, 4 Parham Dr, Boyatt Wood, Eastleigh SO50 4NU
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30
Salary: £30,444 per annum

Purpose of the Job
This role exists within a busy call centre environment in the Marine Technical Support team.
- You will be responsible for answering technical Marine queries, providing both pre and post-sales support.
- You will also be part of a second level support team, assisting the rest of EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) at a high level.
- Responsible for meeting daily team and personal performance targets to ensure we are delivering a good customer service to our consumers.
- Support with testing units to resolve customer issues.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in a timely manner
- Escalate Customer queries as required
- Continually improve your knowledge on Garmin Marine Technology
- Assist with the Sales and Marketing team, during the Marine Boat show
Education & Experience
- Technical Marine background would be desirable but not essential
- Passion for Marine
- Competent with PC's
- Good written and verbal communication
