About Proveca:

Many medicines, even essential medicines, are not licensed for paediatric use. The use of unlicensed and off-label medicines for children has been common practice for years, meaning that children often may not receive the same quality, safety and efficacy from their medicines as adults. Many drugs used in children have not been adequately developed in paediatric indications resulting in “off label” use of unlicensed adult medicines in children. Proveca was established in 2010 to address this issue. We specialise in identifying, researching and licensing off-patent medicines with unmet priority health care needs, with a focus on the paediatric market.

Our Vision: To be the leading Children’s Medicines Company in the world

Our Mission: Starting with the child in mind, we design, develop, and deliver medicines to address their unmet medical needs.

Our Values: We are a family of passionate pioneers

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Market Access Manager to support the commercialisation of two medicines across major European markets. This is a hands-on contract role for a highly experienced market access professional who can provide both strategic leadership and effective project management to drive successful pricing, reimbursement and HTA outcomes.

The successful candidate will work closely with global and local stakeholders, external agencies and market access partners to ensure high-quality HTA submissions are delivered on time and within budget.

Location: Primarily remote and the role can be performed anywhere in Europe. However, there will be a regular requirement to travel to Manchester and London and occasional travel in Europe.

Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract/ Contractor Role

Duration: 6-12 months

Start Date: Immediate

Reporting to: Head of Commercial Development

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
