Market Access Lead

Location: London / Remote Duration: 12 months Commitment: 3–4 days per week Sector: Pharmaceutical / Oncology

The Opportunity

CY Partners are working with a leading global pharmaceutical organisation seeking an experienced Pricing & Market Access Lead to support an exciting Access Acceleration Initiative within gastro-intestinal stromal tumours (GIST).

This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the pricing and market access strategy for an important emerging oncology technology, helping to maximise patient access while delivering value for healthcare systems and the organisation.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the global Pricing & Access strategy, bringing together your expertise in market access, evidence generation, payer insights and competitive intelligence. Working across a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment, you will provide strategic leadership and ensure that access considerations are embedded throughout the asset's development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic advice and leadership to the global GIST cross-functional team on pricing and market access strategy.
  • Lead the development of innovative and competitive Payer Value Propositions and Pricing Strategies.
  • Coordinate the delivery of external strategic market access projects, including value proposition development and pricing research.
  • Provide expert guidance on key strategic access issues in partnership with the senior GI Market Access leadership team.
  • Act as the strategic “red thread” between external access projects and the wider GIST Market Access team.
  • Input into evidence-generation planning, ensuring critical payer questions are appropriately addressed.
  • Support the development and integration of the market access strategy within the wider brand plan.
  • Identify gaps, risks and opportunities for additional access activities to maximise the probability of success.
  • Collaborate closely with Health Outcomes, Commercial, Policy, Medical and other key functions to ensure the access strategy is effectively developed, aligned and communicated across the organisation.
  • Influence and mobilise key stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and overcome barriers to access.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
