Market Access Manager

Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company, is offering a pivotal Market Access Manager role with full UK ownership. As part of a growing established Specialty / Branded Innovator business unit, you will shape UK access strategy end-to-end, from NICE/SMC HTA dossiers and submissions through to real-world implementation in the NHS.

This role can be fully remote which gives you a lot of flexibility and will save you a lot of travel time and costs.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and execute UK market access strategy for key Oncology, Dermatology and Ophthalmology products, including the development, submission and defence of high-quality NICE and SMC HTA dossiers aligned with the company's growth ambitions.
• Shape and implement UK pricing and reimbursement frameworks across NHS and private markets, including gross-to-net strategies, formulary packs, budget impact models (BIMs) and robust stakeholder engagement plans that drive optimal patient access.
• Translate national HTA outcomes into regional adoption by driving implementation at ICS level, partnering closely with Medical and Commercial colleagues to support local access, guidelines inclusion and sustained brand performance in line with the company's long-term vision.
