Adesso UK is looking for a well connected rainmaker to open doors and make introductions across the UK financial services market.

You bring the relationships, the credibility and the access, and our financial services business line team takes it from there, developing the opportunity, running the process and closing the deal.

This is a role ideal for someone who already has a strong senior network in banking and financial services and wants to monetise it through a flexible retainer plus commission arrangement, without the demands of a full time sales function.

About adesso

We are on a mission to support our clients in delivering results with clarity, fairness and accountability. We combine technical and functional IT and digital expertise to drive innovation, modernise systems and strengthen teams. As part of the wider adesso Group, we bring proven European banking capability to the UK market, shaped for local clients and local regulation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you bring

  • A well established senior network across banks, fintechs and financial institutions, built over years in financial services, technology or consultancy
  • A reputation that opens doors, not just a contacts list
  • Genuine enjoyment of connecting people and spotting where a relationship could turn into an opportunity
  • Confidence and credibility at C-level
  • Strong communication skills and the ease to work alongside a delivery and sales team without needing to run it yourself

The arrangement

This is a fractional contract role. Compensation combines a monthly retainer with commission, so you are rewarded for consistent engagement as well as for the opportunities you help bring in. If your network in UK financial services is real, if people take your call, and if you would rather make the right introduction than run a sales process, we would like to hear from you.
