About Nonacus
We’re an employee-owned company based in Birmingham in our 11th year of helping patients find cancer simply, quickly and accurately.
We research, design and manufacture all products from our Quinton HQ, having supplied over 50 million test kits to dozens of NHS sites, every major UK private healthcare group and exporting to 38 countries worldwide.
We’re looking for talented and driven people to help us achieve our vision of everyone on earth having access to simple, fast and accurate non-invasive cancer testing.
Purpose Statement
The Market Access Project Manager will build on the momentum of GALEAS Bladder in implementation sites across the country. The role will convert GALEAS Bladder into routine NHS use in secondary care whilst generating momentum in primary and community care.
The role focuses on local market access and reimbursement, removing barriers to adoption and securing long term use of GALEAS Bladder.
The role has three key pillars:
- Primary care development: build the GALEAS Bladder triage proposition into primary care and community settings and generate the evidence for community delivery models.
- Local reimbursement leadership: secure and maintain local reimbursement pathways through business cases and advocacy within Trusts and ICB commissioning workstreams.
- Identify and support funding applications or delivery of grant funded projects to bring GALEAS Bladder to more patients.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
