Job Overview
As an entry-level member of strategy & market access team, you will help support the sales function target the right customers for trialling and adopting Perspectum technology. You’ll gather the data and guide us to the most compatible hospitals and clinics for whom our imaging technology is a must-have investment. You will help identify the strategies for market expansion. This is a role where you will be at the intersection of healthcare economics, B2B marketing and research, bridging the gap between patient access and commercial success. You will be responsible for assessing what areas of the market access, strategy and commercial analytics will benefit from AI agents. You will act as a bridge between clinical innovation and commercial availability, ensuring that the "value story" of a product resonates with stakeholders other than direct customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Market Mapping: Research and identify key decision-makers within hospital networks (CFOs, Radiology Leads, and Procurement).
- Sales Support: Build "Calculators" and ROI models that show how our imaging tech saves time, reduces hospital costs or drives revenue for Radiology Networks alongside the Health Economics Team.
- Lead Intelligence: Analyze regional procedure volumes, ICD-10 codes etc. to tell the sales team which territories have the best financial incentives.
- Competitor Tracking & Intelligence: Monitor what other imaging companies are charging and how they are positioning their tech in the market. Monitor competitor access status and pricing to create "counter-detailing" strategies for sales teams.
- Database Management: Keep our commercial database updated with the latest payer policies and wins alongside members of the Strategy team.
- Market Expansion Strategy: Support the development of market expansion plans for both domestic and international markets. Identify target markets, assess market potential, and establish market entry strategies. Collaborate with commercial teams to develop and execute market expansion initiatives.
- Market Monitoring: Track changes in healthcare policy, regulatory landscapes, and competitor pricing to anticipate risks.
- Brand Synergy: Work with Product Managers to ensure the "Patient Journey" accounts for out-of-pocket costs and financial assistance programs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
