Market Analyst – EMEA GTM
We’re looking for a highly analytical Business/Market Analyst to join a major global technology business, working within its EMEA Go-to-Market team.
This is not a reporting-focused analyst role. You’ll dig into complex datasets, diagnose what is driving performance across key European markets, and turn your findings into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
The Offer:
- Salary of £80,000 pa
- Role to start on a 12-month contract
- Hybrid working: 3 days per week onsite in London office
What you’ll be doing
- Lead 2–3 high-impact deep-dive analyses per quarter across the UK, Germany and France, examining areas such as product adoption, market performance and ecosystem trends.
- Independently query and manipulate large datasets using SQL, building datasets from scratch rather than relying on pre-existing reports.
- Develop dashboards and data visualisations that make complex performance trends easy to understand.
- Identify growth opportunities, test strategic hypotheses and translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Combine quantitative analysis with qualitative research and stakeholder interviews to understand the story behind the data.
- Present findings to Country Directors and senior leadership, distilling complex analysis into sharp presentations and concise executive communications.
- Partner across Product, Marketing, Finance and GTM teams to turn insights into action.

What we’re looking for
- 4–5+ years' experience in a highly analytical, strategic environment.
- Advanced SQL is essential – you must be comfortable independently writing complex queries and pulling your own data.
- Strong dashboarding and data visualisation experience.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and hypothesis-testing skills.
- Exceptional data storytelling – able to move from raw data to insight, recommendation and business action.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Python, Tableau or R is highly advantageous.
