DonePlus is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Market Data Contract Analyst / Manager to support a leading global investment management firm in London, England.
The role focuses on the administration and management of market data, research, software and financial-information contracts and vendors. It would suit someone with relevant experience in financial services, procurement, contracts, vendor management, market data or operations who wants to build deeper expertise in this area.
This is not a general purchasing, logistics or supply-chain role. We are looking for candidates with experience in or exposure to financial services, investment management, banking, fintech, market data, financial information or technology vendors — including firms or services such as Bloomberg, FactSet, LSEG/Refinitiv, S&P Global, MSCI, Morningstar, exchanges, research providers or similar financial-data platforms.
Experience with contract lifecycle management, procurement or vendor-management platforms is also useful, including DocuSign CLM, Workday, Coupa, Ivalua, Ariba or similar systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end lifecycle of market data, research, software and information-provider contracts.
- Track renewals, notice periods, subscriptions, fees and vendor records.
- Coordinate contract and approval workflows across internal stakeholders.
- Review key contractual details including entities, products, currencies, pricing, renewal dates and termination provisions.
- Maintain accurate information within contract lifecycle management and procurement systems.
- Support new subscriptions, amendments, renewals and cancellations.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding, documentation and approvals.
- Review invoices against contractual terms and agreed services.
- Liaise with vendors and internal users to resolve contractual, billing and administrative issues.
- Maintain clear documentation and audit trails.

Experience & Qualifications
We would particularly like to hear from candidates with approximately 1–4 years of relevant professional experience.
Relevant backgrounds may include market data administration, contract management, vendor management, procurement, sourcing, financial-services operations, legal operations, technology operations or commercial administration.
You should have:
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-up.
- Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems or workflows.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Confidence working with contracts, pricing, spreadsheets and structured data.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
- An interest in developing deeper expertise in market data, contracts and vendor management.
- Direct experience with market data or financial-information vendors is helpful but not essential.

Ideal Background
Strong candidates may currently hold titles such as Market Data Analyst, Contract Analyst, Vendor Management Analyst, Procurement Analyst, Contract Administrator, Market Data Administrator, Commercial Analyst, Legal Operations Analyst or Vendor Operations Analyst.
Candidates whose experience is primarily in retail purchasing, warehouse operations, logistics, construction procurement or physical supply-chain management are unlikely to be a match.
