Market Development Associate | London

Tues-Thurs Hybrid

Why This Role is Exciting

Based in our UK office, you will be the Europe-based member of our Market Development function, working closely with your US-based functional team while partnering day-to-day with senior commercial and account leaders across Europe.

  • Build Your Commercial Career: Gain hands-on experience in prospecting, client engagement, and business development while taking on increasing ownership and responsibility.
  • European Market Ownership: Take an active role in driving market development across Europe and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Senior-Level Exposure: Work directly with senior commercial and account leaders across Europe to support their growth priorities.
  • Cross-Functional Exposure: Collaborate across Business Development and Marketing on prospecting, campaigns, events, and other growth initiatives.

Business Development

  • Own day-to-day Market Development activity across Europe, identifying prospects and opportunities and driving outreach activity forward
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels to engage potential clients
  • Research target companies, markets, and decision-makers to identify new business and growth opportunities
  • Partner with senior commercial and account leaders across Europe to translate commercial priorities into targeted outreach and growth initiatives
  • Contribute to the development and execution of business development strategies that support revenue and growth objectives
  • Build and manage structured outreach and follow-up activities using CRM and AI-enabled tools
  • Generate interest in Behaviorally’s services and book qualified meetings for the commercial team
  • Monitor prospect engagement, market trends, and outreach results while maintaining accurate pipeline activity and working toward established goals

Marketing Support

  • Support industry events, conferences, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives
  • Assist with social media content and activities that increase Behaviorally’s market visibility and engagement
  • Leverage AI and digital tools to support content development, market research, and marketing activities
  • Support pre- and post-event outreach to help turn engagement into prospective client opportunities
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing on initiatives that support overall business growth

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional experience in business development, sales, lead generation, marketing, client services, or another relevant commercial environment
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills with a willingness to engage prospective clients through email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Highly motivated and competitive, with the confidence to take ownership of initiatives and work toward measurable goals and targets
  • Organized and able to follow a structured, systematic approach to prospecting and follow-up
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn about new industries, clients, products, and technologies
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple outreach activities simultaneously
  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute across both Business Development and Marketing
  • Experience with CRM, sales enablement, or AI-enabled tools is a plus but not required
