Job Description

My client is a long established global market leader in inertial navigation systems. Their business is growing and they are now looking to move into the map survey market as a new sector for their hardware and software based solutions. This person will be working alongside the recently appointed divisional MD to help identify opportunities and partners in the map survey sector. The successful candidate will need to have extensive knowledge of the map survey market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a compelling roadmap of products, services, and business models to deliver the long-term strategy
  • Penetrate the map survey market with a mix of new and existing products and business models to drive growth
  • Translate real customer needs and market data into actionable product and business insights
  • Lead market entry initiatives, identifying gaps to enter the market
  • Build strategic partnerships that can accelerate and strengthen market entry

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience of the map survey or similar markets
  • Background in product, business development, marketing, or similar
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Strategic mindset
  • Adept at cross-functional collaboration
  • Significant customer interaction

Benefits
