Market Manager – Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare 🌍
International | Process Filtration Sector
We're recruiting for a well-established filtration manufacturer supplying the global Pharma (API) and Healthcare markets, they need a Market Manager to drive their next phase of growth.
The Role
You'll own Pharma/Healthcare sales strategy internationally, working hand-in-hand with the internal sales team and a strong distributor network to grow market share, build brand presence, and turn opportunities into revenue.

What You'll Do
- Build and drive the BD plan across global API/Healthcare markets
- Strengthen distributor and channel partner relationships internationally
- Own the sales pipeline — forecasting, performance, results
- Spot trends and shape strategy through market research
- Represent the brand at conferences, exhibitions, and industry forums
- Lead training, presentations, and market sector expertise
What You'll Bring
- Solid experience in API/Healthcare sales
- A strong grasp of global markets and regulatory landscapes
- A track record working with distributors and channel partners internationally
- Leadership presence — able to influence and motivate across teams
- Sharp commercial instincts and a results-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel internationally

Bonus Points
- Degree in Business/Marketing (MBA a plus)
- International BD track record in pharma or healthcare
