Job Description
As our Market Development Manager for LATAM, you'll take ownership of developing BRCGS across Latin America, creating and delivering regional market strategies that increase certification adoption, strengthen relationships with Certification Bodies and key industry partners, and drive sustainable commercial growth.
Working closely with Commercial, Marketing and Product teams, you'll identify new opportunities, expand our partner network and help organisations across the region access international markets through BRCGS certification.
You'll spend your time:
- Developing and executing regional growth strategies across Latin American markets.
- Building strong relationships with Certification Bodies, manufacturers, exporters and strategic partners to increase adoption of BRCGS programmes.
- Identifying new commercial opportunities by engaging organisations supplying North American and European retailers, brands and supply chains.
- Growing awareness of BRCGS through industry events, seminars, partner engagement and targeted regional campaigns.
- Analysing market trends, customer insight and competitor activity to shape regional priorities and strengthen our market position.
- Managing a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecasting opportunities and achieving ambitious growth targets.
- Collaborating with Marketing, Product and Commercial colleagues to ensure customer feedback influences future products, campaigns and commercial strategy.
- Representing BRCGS at customer meetings, industry events and conferences across the LATAM region.

Qualifications
We're looking for someone who enjoys opening markets, building relationships and turning strategy into results.
You'll bring:
- Experience in business development, market development or commercial growth across multiple Latin American markets.
- A consistent record of delivering revenue growth within a B2B services environment.
- Experience working within certification, assurance, compliance, food safety, testing, inspection or a related sector.
- Confidence developing relationships with senior leaders, Certification Bodies, strategic partners and large customer organisations.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing pipelines, forecasting and delivering against revenue targets.
- The ability to analyse market trends and translate insight into practical commercial plans.
- Experience working across different cultures and markets, adapting your approach while maintaining a consistent regional strategy.
- Fluency in English together with Spanish and/or Portuguese.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Latin America and work flexibly to support global business activities.
