Market Director – Enterprise
London (Hybrid – Minimum 1–2 Days Per Week)
Up to £145,000 Base + 40% Bonus
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an ambitious, AI-native consultancy as its Market Director for the Enterprise sector.
This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced consulting professional who combines strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of growing consulting businesses, winning complex engagements and building long-term relationships with senior executives across large enterprise organisations.
This is not a delivery-focused leadership position. Instead, it is a role centred on business development, market ownership and long-term strategic growth.
The Opportunity
As Market Director, you will take ownership of the Enterprise market, developing the firm's presence, building senior client relationships and winning high-value consulting engagements. Working closely with the executive leadership team, you will help shape the future direction of the business while collaborating with Consulting, Delivery and Product teams to ensure the successful execution of client engagements.
Approximately 70% of the role will focus on business development and market growth, with the remainder dedicated to proposition development, supporting delivery quality and developing the Enterprise consulting capability.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
