Market Group Manager - EDF Nuclear
Salary range: £100,000 to £110,000 per annum
Location: Would consider any office for the right candidate.
Working Pattern: We operate a flexible hybrid working pattern at Frazer-Nash, with time split between the office, client sites and working from home.

About the Role
As a Market Group Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role and be accountable for the Company’s business development and sales implementation across the EDF Nuclear Key Account. You will be responsible for leading and line managing an existing team of Business Development Managers, with responsibility for developing a profitable portfolio of work, and acting as a focal point for our business development and sales activity into EDF Nuclear.
The role sits within the Energy and Infrastructure Sales and Business Development team. Functionally the role supports our Client Director who holds overall accountability for the Frazer-Nash business into EDF Nuclear. The role operates across our Capability and Delivery functions to connect market opportunities with Frazer-Nash capability.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Acting as the Key Account Manager for the EDF Nuclear Key Account in support of the Client Director for EDF Nuclear.
- Accountable for delivering and reporting on Sales and Business Development activities (orders and revenue) across the EDF Nuclear Key Account.
- Overseeing business development efforts across all our EDF Nuclear sectors, to align with our strategic objectives.
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Accountable for identifying and mitigating commercial risks.
- Providing accurate forecasting and reporting of the pipeline, orders revenue and input profitability, sales performance and market intelligence to senior leadership.
- Overseeing a team of Business Development Managers on a daily basis while offering functional guidance, coaching, and mentoring. Supporting campaign development and execution.
- Working with Capability and Delivery teams to align market opportunity with technical knowledge.

Experience Required
We are seeking an individual capable of combining strategic account development with sales and business development within a technical engineering environment.
- Strategic account management and development.
- Market development and growth planning.
- Working across technical and commercial teams.
- Knowledge of EDF and nuclear sectors desirable.
- A collaborative working approach.
Due to the nature of the work that Frazer-Nash Consultancy undertake, candidates will be required to undergo pre-employment screening and must be able to satisfy clearance criteria for UK National Security Vetting.
