Role Overview
We're looking for a Market Insights & Demand Planning Lead to join our Global Sales team and play a key role in helping shape the future of our business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on turning data into meaningful insights, enjoys influencing strategic decisions, and wants to make a direct impact on the performance of one of the world's most iconic luxury automotive brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a crucial link between our teams in Gaydon, regional sales teams, and our global dealer network.
- Lead the end-to-end volume planning process.
- Develop robust forecasts and help the business make informed decisions based on high-quality analysis and market intelligence.
- Work closely with stakeholders across Commercial Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Product Strategy, Marketing, and Regional Sales Teams.
- Take ownership of the rolling volume plan, continually refining forecasts, challenging assumptions, and identifying opportunities to improve accuracy.
- Support the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, providing meaningful analysis and insight that supports both short and long-term business planning.
- Develop reporting tools, dashboards, and planning models that improve visibility and enable senior stakeholders to make confident, data-driven decisions.

Required Skills and Experience
- Strong numerate and analytical capability.
- Experience supporting forecasting and planning processes within a commercial environment.
- Ability to work with large volumes of information from multiple sources.
- Experience identifying trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including modelling, scenario planning, and data manipulation.
- Experience using business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Ability to produce management reporting and present findings to stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently, quickly understanding business requirements, and delivering high-quality outputs with minimal supervision.
- Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders, explain complex analysis in a simple and engaging way, and build effective working relationships across multiple functions.
- Highly organized, comfortable managing competing priorities, and motivated by continuous improvement.
